In Egypt, the government is constantly taking steps to alleviate the automotive pressure in the capital through upgrading the road systems. ACE played an important role in the upgrading of Cairo’s downtown road network (a total of 25 km length of roads) as part of Cairo’s underground Metro project between 1985 and 1987.
