ACE scope of work:

• Prepare and implement project management procedures
• Environmental impact assessment
• Monitor the contractor’s program
• Establish a project cost control estimate
• Coordinate the work of the contractor on site
• Administer the construction contract
• Review and approve the contractor’s designs and drawings
• Provide construction control services
• Review and monitor the contractor’s quality assurance programs on site
• Ensure that the contractor implements the site safety program
• Prepare ‘as-built’ drawings of the permanent works
