- A five-star hotel (Intercontinental/Bass Hotels and Resorts) with 533 rooms and suites. This covers a constructed area of around 83,170 m². It includes 4 basement levels, a swimming pool, bungalows, a banquet hall, a ground floor and two connected towers of 17 floors each.
