This retail centre in Maadi, located on the Cairo Ring Road a few minutes from Maadi, Giza and Nasr City, was the first of its kind in Egypt. The area of the project was around 65,000 m² and comprised a hypermarket area, shopping mall with 50 shops, anchor store, food court, leisure area, office building and parking area of 1200 stall capacity. With a contract valued at 70 million Egyptian pounds, ACE acted as the project manager for this development responsible for the aspects below:
