Kempinski Hotel in N’Djamena, Chad

This new five-star hotel in the capital of Chad has all the amenities expected of a luxury hotel. The concrete structure consists of an underground level and 9 floors with a total of 200 rooms and 20 residential units. ACE was involved in almost all design aspects of the hotel as well as in the technical coordination and landscaping the grounds. In addition to the main structure of the building, the following features are part of the complex:
