Dubai Light Rail Project

The main results for Stage 1 of the studies showed that the LRT project should be composed of two lines as per the following:

Red Line

• Total length: about 52 km
• Number of stations: 36 stations, including 2 corresponding underground stations
• Elevated part: 45.3 km, including 27 elevated stations
• Underground part: 4.7km, including 9 underground stations

Green Line

• Total length: about 17 km
• Number of stations: 19 stations, including 2 corresponding underground stations
• Elevated part: 5.8 km, including 11 elevated stations
• Underground part: 13.4 km, including 8 underground stations
