Professor Ibrahim Shawky Moharram
Vice Chairman
Prof Ibrahim Shawky Moharram graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University in 1973 where he had his BSc degree in civil engineering. He obtained a MSc degree in structural design from Oklahoma State University (USA) in 1978. This was followed by a PhD degree in soil engineering from King’s College (University of London) in 1984.

Professor Mourad Michel Bakhoum
Vice Chairman
Prof Mourad Bakhoum obtained his BSc and MSc degrees in civil engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University in 1981 and 1984 respectively. He then travelled to the USA where he attained his PhD degree in structural engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 1991.
