Bridge design is a complex engineering process that must take into account considerations such as the choice of bridge system, materials, dimensions, foundations, aesthetics, and local landscape and environment. Since the foundation of ACE in 1950, bridge design has been one of our main activities. In fact, we have been involved in over 90% of all major built bridges in Egypt.
Because our involvement in this area has continued to grow, we now have an integrated bridges department, offering services ranging from the structural and civil design of bridges to construction supervision on a global basis. This department is supported by our other divisions, including surveying, planning, geotechnics, public health, and electrical engineering, as well as our software developers.
