Zayed City in Abu Dhabi
A complete planning and design project for new housing settlements in Zayed City, Abu Dhabi was carried out by ACE, including a comprehensive study of land use and preparation of tender documents of all elements of the project. The project also includes forming a green belt surrounding the city on an area of 5880 reclaimed hectares.

ACE’s scope of work:
- Topographic field surveys for the project and production of maps of scales 1:5000 and 1:2500.
- Hydrological investigations for the area of the project and the watersheds that feed the area by surface and underground water resources.
- Soil classification studies for the area of the project aimed at land reclamation for the green belt.
